Return Policy – Fitavelle™

At Fitavelle™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused

• In perfect condition

• In its original packaging

• Including all original tags and accessories

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email)

3. Return Procedure

Steps:

1. Contact us at: returns@fitavelle.com
   → Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return.

2. Follow the instructions we send you (return address, form, etc.).

3. Ship the package to the address provided.
   Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

4. Refund

Once your package is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

7. Non-Refundable Items
